Bronze/Aluminum Powder for Candle Surface Painting

 Operation method 1 (Dipping or using spraying gun to spray)

1. Mix and dissolve the bronze powder/aluminum powder with thinner (thinner could be: xylene/ethyl acetate/cyclohexanone) by a certain percentage.
2. Adding the binding agent(binding agent could be: varnish/epoxy resin/ rosin) into the well dissolved gold/silver liquid.
3. Stir the gold/silver paint until well distributed, and then pour it into the spraying gun.
4. Make pre-treatment of the candle surface before spraying —— polishing.
5. Begin spraying or dipping
6. Packing well after the candle is dry.

  Suggested adding percentage:
a.     Bronze powder thinner binding agent = 2g 10ml 2g
b.  Aluminum powder thinner binding agent = 1g 10ml 2g
This percentage is for reference

 

Operation method 2 (Using brush or sponge to portray/paint or color the candle surface)

1. Mix and dissolve the bronze powder/aluminum powder with thinner (thinner could be: xylene/ethyl acetate/cyclohexanone) by a certain percentage.
2. Adding the binding agent(binding agent could be: varnish/epoxy resin/ rosin) into the well dissolved gold/silver liquid.
3.Make pre-treatment of the candle surface before spraying —— polishing.
4. Use the writing brush to dip some gold/silver paint, and portray in the candle surface; or use sponge to color candle.
5. Packing well after the candle is dry.

  Suggested adding percentage:
a.     Bronze powder thinner binding agent = 2g 10ml 2g
b.  Aluminum powder thinner binding agent = 1g 10ml 2g
